I used the 1/2” spiral flush trim for finishing some boards, and it's a smoother, higher-quality cut than straight bit I’ve used before. The compression ensures a better finish and glides smoothly without biting, even across the grain. It’s a bit pricey, but in my opinion, it’s worth the investment.

Straight flush trim bits are more likely to cutch grain and tear out making the job not only more costly-having to redo work but also more dangerous. But this spiral flush trim bit provides a remarkably smooth and quiet cut compared to the straight bit. Definitely not cheap but worth it

    Big and sharp

    Smooth finish. Bit is ground exactly to bearing, no lip. I use this flush trim bit for large-scale trimming on plywood, veneer or laminates. I love this compression flush trim. I will be buying other bits from this brand when needed.

    Excellent tool worth the price.

    I've been using a flush trim bit for routing with a template and I was getting tear outs and kick backs. Used this bit for the first time to route 10 pieces and no tear out or kick backs. Highly recommend over using the standard flush trim bit when routing with templates.
