1. When can I expect my order to arrive?

In general, our trusted carriers deliver within 3-8 business days after your order has been shipped. 


Please be aware that occasional shipping delays, especially during holidays periods or in areas affected by severe weather, are beyond our control. 


We recommend monitoring your shipping updates.

2. Where is my package?

Think your order might be lost or delayed in transit:


In most cases, our carrier delivers within 3-8 business days, however, we understand shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. Any queries related to your shipment must first be dealt with the carrier directly.

We are required to work within our carrier's processes. If you haven't received your order within 14 business days and have already contacted the courier directly, let us know at alwaysanswers@zahyox.com.

My order was marked as 'delivered' but I can't find it:

If your order was marked as delivered but it is not at the desired location, we first suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Please note some packages may be prematurely marked as delivered. Using tracking information emailed to you, please contact the carrier to verify.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact our Customer Support team at alwaysanswers@zahyox.com. We'll try our best to help you to locate your package. 

Note: Lost packages must be reported within 14 days of marked delivery date. 

3. Can I change my order or shipping information?

Provided your order has not already been shipped, we will attempt to make the changes for you. Please submit a request here. We’ll follow up shortly to update your shipping information


If your order has been shipped, we are unable to update the order or shipping details. But don’t panic! You can still contact the courier to redirect it via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order. If you have provided an incorrect address and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully.

4. How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping. Please contact us at alwaysanswers@zahyox.com to request a cancellation.

If you cancel an order after shipping or refuse delivery (except for deliveries refused due to shipping damage), it will be treated as a return and will be subject to shipping charges.

1. Can I return the item?

ZahyoX will accept returns for any products that are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date.

Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or missing items upon receipt, as well as for wrong items or incorrect packages sent.

Products that are used, damaged or missing parts will not be accepted.

2. How do I return my product?

Changed your mind? We got you. Returns are accepted on unopened items shipments within 15 days of the delivery date. Please Submit a Request here. We’ll follow up shortly to provide return instructions.

The return process is as follows. Please check:
1. Submit your order number, the reason for your return, clear pictures or video of the item, and the shipping package. We will provide a return address via email once your return request is approved.

2. When returning the package, please ensure that the item is intact. (Except for defective items, damaged or missing upon receipt). Leave the items in the original box, sealed. Attach the barcode we provided to the package and send it to the return address.

3. When the items are sent out, send the shipping receipt and tracking number to us in time. (If you don't contact us, we can't help you deal with it.)

4. After our warehouse receives the items to confirm that they are not damaged and in item condition, you will get a refund within 3 to 5 business days. (Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.)

3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return Shipping Costs:


We will pay the return shipping cost due to the manufacturer or our website errors. (Defective or damaged products, missing accessories, etc.)


If the return is caused by the consumer (such as dissatisfaction with the product or purchasing the wrong product), the consumer should be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 


We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. ZahyoX is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

After we receive your returns to confirm that they are not damaged and in item condition, you will get a refund within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.)

Please note in some cases, it may take up to 5-21 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund to your PayPal account.

1. How to choose the proper router bit for your project?

- Choosing the right router bit involves considering the material of your workpiece, the type of machining required, and your machine's capabilities. 

- For different materials, select a router bit with appropriate hardness, often carbide or a coated variant. 

- Decide between flat, ball nose, or corner radius router bits based on the desired surface finish and geometry.

- Consider the flute count: fewer flutes for softer materials and better chip evacuation, more flutes for harder materials and finer finishes. 

- Ensure the router bit size matches your project's requirements and is compatible with your machine's specifications.

2. How do I make sure I'm buying a quality tool?

- When buying a quality router bit, look for a solid tool-steel body that is well-machined and substantial in thickness and weight. Ensure the carbide is also substantial and finely ground to a mirror finish. For form-type bits (like corner round, cove, or ogee), check for a shear angle where the carbide appears tilted.


- The carbide and body should have a similar shape, with consistent clearance between them. The brazing should be even and gap-free. Finally, the overall appearance should be clean and show good attention to detail.

3. What kind of coatings do you offer?

Of course, you can also choose to add coatings, and we provide TiAlN, ZrN, and nACRo coatings:


nACRo: ZahyoX X-Series is made by PVD process of Nano Composite Titanium Aluminum Silicon Nitride which provides the highest hardness of 3800 HV, extremely low friction of 0.25, at 900°F max working temperature. The coating provides 3 times longer tool life for wood cutting performance.


TiAlN: ZahyoX Y-Series is made by PVD process of Titanium Aluminum Nitride which provides extreme hardness at 3400 HV and endures a stunning 1300°F max working temperature. The coating provides 3 times longer tool life for metal cutting performance.


ZrN: ZahyoX Z-Series is made by our own PVD process of Zirconium Nitride which provides a high hardness of 2400 HV, extremely low friction of 0.30, at a stunning 1300°F max working temperature. The coating is developed specifically for machining aluminum, yet excellent when machining all Non-Ferrous materials.

1. How do I use the discount code on zahyox.com?

For Desktop Users:
After adding items to your cart, proceed to the checkout page. On the right side of the checkout page, you will find a field labeled 'Discount Code' or 'Promo Code.' Enter your discount code in this field and click 'Apply.' The discount will then be applied to your order total.

For Mobile Users:
Go to your cart and click checkout. After filling in your shipping information, you will process to the final payment page. On this page, look for a field labeled 'Discount Code'. Enter your code and tap 'Apply' to add the discount to your order.

The discount will be automatically applied to your order total. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.

Can I add my discount code after purchase?
If you forgot to add your promo code at checkout, please contact our Customer Experience team at alwaysanswers@zahyox.com  with your order number and offer details. We will work to find the best solution for you!

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal Payment

When you choose to pay for an order using PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal payment page.

-On the PayPal payment page, log in with your PayPal username and password if you have a PayPal account.

-If you do not have a PayPal account, or if you do not want to use your PayPal account, you may still pay via PayPal, by clicking on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal payment page, and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can first enter your email address and then enter your credit card information to complete your payment safely via PayPal.

-PayPal offers a fast and secure online payment method, ensuring that your payment information is protected.


What should I do if my payment method is declined?
If your payment is declined, please check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. If everything seems correct, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for further assistance.

If you encounter any issues or have questions about payment, please contact our support team.
