Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • ZahyoX will accept returns for any products that are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging within 15 days of receipt of the order.
  • Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or missing items upon receipt, as well as for wrong items or incorrect packages sent.
  • Products that are used, damaged or missing parts will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

If you are not satisfied with your order or wish to return or exchange your order, please feel free to contact us via email (alwaysanswers@zahyox.com) within 10-15 days of receiving your items.
  • Submit your order number, the reason for your return, clear pictures or video of the item, and the shipping package. We will provide a return address via email once your return request is approved.
  • When returning the package, please ensure that the item is intact. (Except for defective items, damaged or missing upon receipt). Leave the items in the original box, sealed. Attach the barcode we provided to the package and send it to the return address.
  • When the items are sent out, send the shipping receipt and tracking number to us in time. (If you don't contact us, we can't help you deal with it.)
  • After our warehouse receives the items to confirm that they are not damaged and in item condition, you will get a refund within 3 to 5 business days. (Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.)

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. ZahyoX is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return Shipping Costs:
  • We will pay the return shipping cost due to the manufacturer or our website errors. (Defective or damaged products, missing accessories, etc.)
  • If the return is caused by the consumer (such as dissatisfaction with the product or purchasing the wrong product), the consumer should be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at alwaysanswers@zahyox.com within 10 days of receipt of the order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return and will replace the product or issue a refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping. Please contact us at alwaysanswers@zahyox.com to request a cancellation.
  • If you cancel an order after shipping or refuse delivery (except for deliveries refused due to shipping damage), it will be treated as a return and will be subject to shipping charges.
