Refunds

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you can return any unused item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You can also exchange any unused item for one of our other bits or tools. You will be responsible for shipping charges on any exchanges unless in error on our part. Funds will be added back to your PayPal account/card within 10 business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

My purchase was damaged/broken when received

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for some other item, send us an email at alwaysanswers@zahyox.com.

We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition but if there is a problem with faulty or damaged goods please contact us so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

When using email please include your order reference, this will ensure the speediest reply from our returns team. Goods must be accompanied with a letter detailing transaction number, customer details, and a brief description of why the goods are being returned, include a picture as well if you could.

  • Goods must be in original packaging. 
  • Goods must not be used.
